Something a little different. You may have joined us on our classic 'Bread Baking Workshop' and looked at Sourdough with our head baker, Ant. Bagels and Foccaccia though; ever wondered how we get the hole in the middle? What makes great Focaccia so good? Come join us & learn how to make two very tasty speciality breads - entry level easy wins for the baking novice or enthusiast.
This event will take place from 10am to 1pm in our brand new classroom, at our Central Production Unit in Llangefni.
